James Putnam, ALA has 41 years of professional experience in the design and construction of retail stores, offices, distribution facilities, cold storage warehousing, remodeling of existing buildings, light commercial buildings, multi-family and single family residential projects. He has served as the Construction Manager on several major projects totaling in excess of 15 million dollars. In addition to his architectural design background, James also has experience in Personnel Management, Safety Management, and Facilities Management. He has an extensive background in OSHA and EPA compliance and utilities management. Recent projects include commercial office space for both new and remodel projects, new residences, affordable housing for elderly, and handicap accessible multi-unit housing for senior living and disability groups.
