EXPERIENCE
James has more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction of retail stores, distribution facilities, cold storage warehousing, remodeling of existing buildings, light commercial buildings, multi-family and single family residential projects. He has been the Construction Manager on several major projects totaling more than 15 million dollars. In addition to his architectural design background, James has also managed a Personnel Department and a Safety Department for a major national retail chain. He also has an extensive background in OSHA and EPA compliance and utilities management. Recent projects include new residences, commercial remodeling, affordable housing for elderly, and handicap accessible multi unit housing.
